My son Daniel and I live on the top floor of building 8.
I/we will be hosting a gathering for our neighbours, in the courtyard, this coming Sunday from 2pm on.
We’ll be placing a 12 foot clear dome tent on the patio, behind the shed. It will be heated, there will be a few chairs, and there’s room for six+ people at a time to hangout inside.
Come share your ideas of what we would like have here as part of the complex, such as; heated onsite storage lockers (which many of us have included in our lease), secure and dry accessible E-bike storage and charging, parking for delivery vehicles, and a designated covered patio/gazebo for bbqs, etc. What would you like to see happen around here?
I’d also like to discuss and describe how the proposed renovations, need for moving, finding temporary housing, and the potential for illegal eviction by not letting us back in are effecting us.
I’ll have something to draw and write out our ideas and insights on or bring your own to post. I’ll take photos and we’ll display them/or a summary on this page for all of us to see, consider, and present to our legal council.
Please fell free to invite friends and neighbour by, as well.
Children welcome. There’s even a slide out the side. I’ll have a snow board there.
I’ll be warming up some chilli and cider, and offering some for free, while supplies last. Bring something along to share, if you like.
